Description

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk (any type)
  • 2 teaspoons Low Sodium Chicken Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Chicken Salt
  • 1 crown broccoli, chopped small
  • 1 cup caramelized onion
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). If using a crust, place it in a pie dish and pre-bake for 8–10 minutes.
  2. In a skillet, lightly steam or sauté chopped broccoli until just tender. Set aside.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, Low Sodium Chicken Salt, and Turmeric Chicken Salt.
  4. Spread caramelized onions and broccoli evenly in the pie crust (or directly in the dish if crustless).
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the fillings, ensuring it spreads evenly.
  7. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is lightly golden.
  8. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving warm.
