- 2 large ripe avocados, sliced

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F if you would like to lightly warm the croissants.
- Slice the tomatoes and avocados evenly. Toss avocado gently with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
- Slice each croissant horizontally without cutting all the way through.
- Layer tomato slices inside each croissant.
- Add sliced avocado evenly over the tomatoes.
- Place fresh basil leaves on top of the avocado layer.
- Drizzle olive oil lightly over the filling and sprinkle remaining salt and black pepper.
