Celebrate Valentine’s Day with this delicious and easy skillet blondie for two! Made with white chocolate chips and Cupid’s Mix M&M’s, this gooey dessert is baked to perfection in a cast-iron skillet and topped with ice cream and crushed M&M’s. The ultimate treat to share with your loved one! ❤️

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3 tablespoons white chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons Cupid's Mix M&M's, divided

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a medium bowl, mix the melted butter, brown sugar, white sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Add the egg and stir until fully combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  • Fold in the white chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons of Cupid’s Mix M&M’s.
  • Pour the batter into a greased 6.5-inch cast-iron skillet and smooth the top. Sprinkle the remaining tablespoon of M&M’s on top.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the edges are set.
  • Let cool slightly, then serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and crushed M&M’s, if desired.

Notes

  • For extra indulgence, drizzle with melted chocolate or caramel sauce before serving.
  • If you don’t have a 6.5-inch skillet, you can use a similarly sized oven-safe dish.
