- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, eggs, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, 1/2 cup of the ketchup, milk, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Ensure each muffin cup is evenly coated with oil to prevent sticking.
- Divide the turkey mixture evenly among the muffin cups, pressing lightly to shape. Spoon the remaining 1/2 cup of ketchup evenly over the tops.

- Remove from the oven and let rest in the pan for 5 minutes before carefully lifting out.
- Serve warm with your favorite sides and enjoy.
Notes
- Do not overmix the meat mixture to keep the texture tender.
- Finely chop the onion so it blends smoothly into the turkey.
- Allow the muffins to rest before removing to help them hold their shape.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
