For the Meatballs:
- 1 lb (450g) ground beef
- 1/2 lb (225g) ground pork
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 small onion, finely grated
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter (for frying)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)
For the Creamy Gravy:
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt & black pepper to taste

Prepare the Meatballs:
- In a large bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and milk. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Add ground beef, ground pork, onion, egg, garlic powder, allspice, nutmeg, salt, black pepper, and parsley. Mix until just combined.
- Roll into 1-inch meatballs and place on a tray.
- Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry meatballs in batches for 6-8 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.

Make the Gravy:
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Whisk in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- Gradually whisk in beef broth, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
- Stir in heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
- Season with salt & black pepper to taste.

- Add meatballs back to the skillet, coating them in the gravy. Simmer for 5 minutes until fully cooked.
