- 2 large onions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons butter

- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium high heat.
- Season steaks with salt and pepper.
- Add olive oil to the pan.
- Sear steaks for 3 to 4 minutes per side and remove.
- Add butter, onions, and garlic to the pan and cook until soft and golden.
- Add beef broth and thyme, then simmer.
