Ingredients

Spicy Tuna:

  • 2 (5oz/145g) cans of tuna, drained

  • 1/4 cup (60g) full-fat mayo

  • 2 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)

  • 1 rib of celery, finely diced

  • 1 large spring onion, finely diced

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Crunchwraps:

  • 4 large flour tortilla wraps

  • 1 cup (100g) cheddar cheese, grated

  • 2 small avocados, halved, stoned, peeled & finely sliced (1/2 avocado per crunchwrap)

  • 1.5oz (40g) Chili Heatwave Doritos (approx. 5-6 chips per crunchwrap)

  • 1/2 small head iceberg lettuce, finely sliced

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix drained tuna with mayo, sriracha, celery, spring onion, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

  • Lay out the tortilla wraps and place a pinch of lettuce in the center of each.

  • Add the spicy tuna mixture, followed by sliced avocado, a pinch of salt and pepper, and Doritos arranged in a circular shape.

  • Sprinkle with cheddar cheese, then fold the edges of the wrap over the center, working around until fully enclosed.

  • Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Place each wrap seam-side down and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden and crispy.

  • Flip and cook the other side until golden brown.

  • Slice in half and serve hot!

Notes

  • Adjust the sriracha to your spice preference.

  • Use any spicy tortilla chips if Doritos are unavailable.

  • Swap mayo for Greek yogurt for a lighter version.

  • Try adding fresh jalapeños for extra heat!
