- 1 cup Jay D's Louisiana Molasses Mustard
- 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 1 clove roasted garlic, finely chopped
- 1 green onion, sliced (including top)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix molasses mustard, soy sauce, roasted garlic, and sliced green onion.
- Place spatchcocked turkey flat in a large roasting pan and pat skin dry.
- Brush glaze generously over the entire turkey.
- Roast turkey for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes, until breast reaches 165°F and thigh 175°F.
- Let rest 15–20 minutes before carving.
- Slice and serve garnished with extra green onions.
