Description

This easy Pepperoni Pizza Tater Tot Casserole is a quick, family-friendly dinner perfect for busy weeknights! With crispy tater tots, gooey mozzarella, zesty pasta sauce, and pepperoni, this dump-and-bake meal is a lifesaver for picky eaters!


Ingredients

  • 1 (32oz) bag frozen tater tots
  • 1 (24oz) jar pasta sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 small bag of pepperoni
 
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  • Spread a thin layer of pasta sauce on the bottom of the dish and top with â…“ of the pepperoni.
  • Add half of the tater tots, half of the remaining sauce, half of the mozzarella, and another â…“ of the pepperoni.
  • Repeat the layers, finishing with the last of the pepperoni and parmesan.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until the pepperoni crisps up and the tater tots are golden brown.

 

  • Let cool for 5 minutes, then serve with red pepper flakes, parsley, Italian seasoning, or ranch dressing!

Notes

  • Crispier Tots? Broil for 2-3 minutes at the end.
  • Extra Flavor: Add chopped onions, garlic powder, or Italian seasoning to the sauce.

 

  • Make It Meatier: Mix in cooked sausage or ground beef.
