- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 3 cups chicken broth
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and cook until soft and lightly golden.
- Mix spices together and add with chicken to the skillet, browning lightly.
- Stir in garlic and rice until coated.
- Add chicken broth, bring to a simmer, cover, and cook until rice is tender.
- Rest covered for 5 minutes, fluff, and serve.
