- 2 packets brown gravy mix
- 1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup butter, sliced
- 1 (24oz) container refrigerated mashed potatoes (or homemade)
Instructions
- Add frozen meatballs, baby carrots, and chopped celery to your slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, whisk together brown gravy mix with 2 cups of water. Pour over the meatballs and veggies.
- Sprinkle onion soup mix evenly over the top.
- Distribute butter slices across the ingredients.
- Cook on LOW for 3-4 hours, stirring halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Prepare mashed potatoes according to package instructions.
