- 2 burger buns

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Mix flour with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in one bowl.
- Beat eggs in another bowl and place breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Coat chicken in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Fry chicken for 5 to 7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Toast buns lightly and spread mayonnaise.
- Assemble sandwich with chicken and lettuce, then serve.
