Description

A creamy and comforting chicken ramen with rich broth, tender noodles, and bold flavors balanced with a touch of spice.


Ingredients

  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 2 chicken breast pieces
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Heat a pot over medium heat.
  2. Cook chicken until golden and fully cooked, then remove.
  3. Sauté garlic in the same pot.
  4. Add chicken broth, soy sauce, and sesame oil, bring to simmer.
  5. Add noodles and cook until tender.
  6. Stir in heavy cream.
  7. Slice chicken and add back to pot.
  8. Add soft boiled eggs and toppings.
  9. Serve hot with chili oil drizzle.

Notes

  • Adjust spice by changing chili oil amount
  • Keep noodles separate if storing
  • Use fresh broth for best flavor
