- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 2 chicken breast pieces
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili oil
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Heat a pot over medium heat.
- Cook chicken until golden and fully cooked, then remove.
- Sauté garlic in the same pot.
- Add chicken broth, soy sauce, and sesame oil, bring to simmer.
- Add noodles and cook until tender.
- Stir in heavy cream.
- Slice chicken and add back to pot.
- Add soft boiled eggs and toppings.
- Serve hot with chili oil drizzle.

- Adjust spice by changing chili oil amount
