Instructions
- Allow all ingredients to sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes before preparing.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper.
- Gently toss the mixture until the tomatoes are evenly coated without crushing them.
- Let the tomatoes marinate at room temperature for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
