Description

A creamy and comforting pasta dish with tender chicken, bright lemon flavor, and a rich garlic parmesan sauce.


Ingredients

  • 12 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 2 large chicken breast, sliced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta until al dente.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat butter in a skillet and cook chicken until golden, then remove and slice.
  4. In the same pan sauté garlic, then add cream, lemon juice, zest, and parmesan.
  5. Add cooked pasta and toss until coated.
  6. Return chicken to the pan and mix well.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use fresh parmesan for best texture
  • Add pasta water if sauce is too thick
  • Adjust lemon to taste
