Description

A crisp and refreshing Irish Mule made with smooth Irish whiskey, spicy ginger beer, and freshly squeezed lime juice, served over ice for a perfectly balanced cocktail with a bright citrus finish.


Ingredients

  • 4 ounces chilled ginger beer
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 3 to 4 fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Chill a copper mug or serving glass in the freezer for a few minutes if desired.
  2. Fill the mug with ice cubes.
  3. Pour in the Irish whiskey and freshly squeezed lime juice.
  4. Top with chilled ginger beer.
