Description

A soft and moist banana bread sweetened with honey and infused with warm vanilla flavor, perfect for breakfast or a cozy snack.


Ingredients

  • 3 medium ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mash bananas in a bowl, then mix with honey, sugar, eggs, butter, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Prepare the loaf pan by lightly greasing it.
  4. Add flour, baking soda, and salt, then gently mix until combined.
  5. Pour batter into pan and bake for 50 minutes until golden and set.
  6. Let cool slightly before removing from pan.
  7. Slice and serve.
