Description

Juicy chicken coated in a sweet and smoky honey paprika glaze, pan-cooked until golden and caramelized. A quick and flavorful dish perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken evenly with the mixture.
  4. Place chicken in the skillet and cook for 6 to 7 minutes per side.
  5. Baste with sauce while cooking until golden and fully cooked.
  6. Remove from heat and let rest briefly.

Notes

  • Cook on medium heat to avoid burning the honey.
