Units
Scale
- 3 pounds red or yellow potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3โ4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat and grease a grilling basket or a piece of aluminum foil with non-stick spray.
- In a large bowl, toss the potato pieces with olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Transfer the seasoned potatoes to the grilling basket or foil. Spread them out in a single layer for even grilling.
- Grill the potatoes for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside.
- Once the potatoes are done, remove them from the grill and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese while still hot.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
- Serve immediately as a flavorful side dish with grilled meats or your favorite main course.
Notes
- If you donโt have a grilling basket, you can use a large piece of foil, folding the edges up to create a pouch.
- Feel free to adjust the amount of garlic or Italian seasoning to your taste.
- For extra crispiness, you can place the potatoes directly on the grill grates, turning them every 5-7 minutes.
