Description

This Spinach White Pizza is a delicious twist on pizza night! With garlic-infused olive oil, spinach, gooey mozzarella, and crumbled feta, all baked on a golden, crispy crust, it’s an easy yet gourmet-style meal. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or entertaining guests!


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 (12-inch) prepared pizza crust (such as Boboli)

  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained (use desired amount)

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 (4 oz) package crumbled feta cheese with garlic & herbs

  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary

 
  • Grated Parmesan cheese, for topping


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).

  • In a small microwave-safe bowl, mix olive oil and garlic. Microwave on high for 30 seconds.

  • Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza pan. Brush the entire surface with the garlic oil mixture.

  • Evenly distribute the spinach over the crust, followed by the mozzarella and feta cheese.

  • Sprinkle with rosemary and Parmesan cheese.

  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.

 

  • Let the pizza rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!


Notes

  • Pre-baking crust: If using a dough-based crust, pre-bake for 5-7 minutes before adding toppings.

 

  • Variations: Swap frozen spinach for 8-10 oz fresh spinach, sautéed in olive oil until wilted. For a creamy base, spread 1/4 cup Alfredo sauce on the crust before adding toppings.
