These cheesy, flavor-packed cheeseburger bombs are a fun twist on classic burgers, stuffed with seasoned beef, cheddar, and cream cheese, then wrapped in flaky biscuit dough and coated with garlic-Parmesan butter. Perfect for a quick dinner, party snack, or game-day treat!

For the Filling:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
For the Dough:
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
For the Topping:
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Beef Filling:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix in cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and combined. Remove from heat.
2️⃣ Prepare the Dough:
- Open the biscuit dough and separate into 8 individual biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit into a 3-4 inch circle.
3️⃣ Assemble the Cheeseburger Bombs:
- Spoon a heaping tablespoon of the beef mixture into the center of each biscuit.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal completely.
4️⃣ Add Garlic Parmesan Butter & Bake:
- Mix melted butter with grated Parmesan in a small bowl.
- Brush the tops of the cheeseburger bombs with the garlic Parmesan butter.
- Arrange on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy!
- Let cool slightly, then garnish with fresh parsley for a pop of color.
- Serve warm with ketchup, ranch, or garlic aioli for dipping!
