Description

These cheesy, flavor-packed cheeseburger bombs are a fun twist on classic burgers, stuffed with seasoned beef, cheddar, and cream cheese, then wrapped in flaky biscuit dough and coated with garlic-Parmesan butter. Perfect for a quick dinner, party snack, or game-day treat!

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

For the Dough:

  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

For the Topping:

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

1๏ธโƒฃ Cook the Beef Filling:

  • Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
  • Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix in cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and combined. Remove from heat.

2๏ธโƒฃ Prepare the Dough:

  • Open the biscuit dough and separate into 8 individual biscuits.
  • Flatten each biscuit into a 3-4 inch circle.

3๏ธโƒฃ Assemble the Cheeseburger Bombs:

  • Spoon a heaping tablespoon of the beef mixture into the center of each biscuit.
  • Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal completely.

4๏ธโƒฃ Add Garlic Parmesan Butter & Bake:

  • Mix melted butter with grated Parmesan in a small bowl.
  • Brush the tops of the cheeseburger bombs with the garlic Parmesan butter.
  • Arrange on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
