Instructions
- Heat oil to 350°F in a deep pan.
- Mix warm milk, yeast, and sugar, let it foam.
- Add eggs, butter, flour, and salt to form dough.
- Let dough rise until doubled.
- Roll out and cut donut shapes.
- Fry until golden brown.
- Melt chocolate with cream.
- Dip donuts in chocolate glaze.
- Coat with hazelnuts and top with whole hazelnuts.
- Serve and enjoy.
