Description

This Easy Orange Chicken is a quick and delicious 30-minute meal using just 5 ingredients! Made with crispy popcorn chicken and a sweet and tangy orange sauce, this last-minute dinner is perfect for busy weeknights. Serve it over rice for a complete meal!


Ingredients

  • 1 (24oz) bag frozen popcorn chicken
  • 1 (17oz) jar orange marmalade
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (any brand)
  • 6 tbsp soy sauce
 
  • Cooked white or brown rice (for serving, optional)

Instructions

  • Cook popcorn chicken and rice according to package instructions.
  • While chicken is cooking, combine orange marmalade, BBQ sauce, and soy sauce in a medium saucepan.
  • Warm over medium-low heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until smooth.
  • In a large bowl, toss the cooked popcorn chicken with the hot orange sauce until fully coated.
