Description

Easy Greek Olive Tapenade is a bright, savory Mediterranean spread made with briny green olives, crumbled feta, fresh herbs, and a touch of honey for balance. Perfect as an appetizer with bread or crackers, or as a topping for grilled meats and vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh oregano, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup green olives, finely chopped
  • 2 oz feta cheese, finely crumbled
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 large lemon, zested and juiced
  • 2 tsp honey

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, parsley, oregano, green olives, feta, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and honey.
  2. Stir until well mixed and slightly chunky.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed (you may not need extra salt due to the olives and feta).
