- 2 cups shredded cooked lamb
- 4 brioche burger buns
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the shredded cooked lamb to the skillet. Season lightly with salt and black pepper and warm gently for 4 to 5 minutes until heated through.
- In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard until smooth.
- Slice the brioche burger buns and lightly toast them in the skillet until golden.
- Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the bottom halves of the buns.
- Divide the warm shredded lamb evenly among the buns.
- Top with shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, and thinly sliced red onion.
- Place the top buns over the fillings and press gently.
- Serve immediately while warm.
