- Rice vinegar, 3 tbsp
- Sesame oil, 1 tbsp
- Freshly grated ginger, 2 tsp (or 1 tsp ground)
- White miso paste, 2 tbsp (or red miso, 1 tbsp)
- Honey, 1/4 cup
- Garlic powder, 1 tsp
- Kosher salt, 1 tsp
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 F or the oven to 425 F.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, miso paste, honey, garlic powder, and kosher salt until smooth.
- Add the cubed salmon to the bowl and toss until evenly coated in the marinade.
- Lightly grease the air fryer basket or line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Arrange the salmon cubes in a single layer, leaving space between pieces.
- Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes or bake for 12 to 15 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy on the outside and cooked through.
- Remove from heat and let rest for 1 minute so the glaze sets slightly.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
