- 5 oz lump crab meat
- 2 scallions, sliced
- 3 tbsp whipped or regular cream cheese
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 1 1/2 tbsp Kewpie mayo
- Furikake for topping
- 1 tsp sweet chili sauce
- Brioche bread (or any bread of choice)
- Mozzarella cheese
- Red pepper flakes
- Salt
- Pepper
- Butter for melting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to broil. Combine the salad ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste depending on how creamy or spicy you want it.
- Top two slices of brioche bread with melted mozzarella cheese. Place on a baking sheet and broil for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese has melted and browned slightly.
- Scoop crab salad onto one slice of bread and close the sandwich.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium to low heat. Add the sandwich and cook with a lid until the bread is browned and the cheese and crab salad have melted together.

Notes
- Adjust the amount of sriracha based on your preferred spice level.
- Furikake can be sprinkled on top for an extra touch of flavor.
- For extra creaminess, add more cream cheese or mayo to the crab salad.
