Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook noodles according to package instructions and reserve some pasta water.
- Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in cream, soy sauce, and chili flakes.
- Add cooked noodles and toss until coated.
- Adjust texture with reserved pasta water if needed.
- Stir in parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
