Description

Ingredients

  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Cook noodles according to package instructions and reserve some pasta water.
  3. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Stir in cream, soy sauce, and chili flakes.
  6. Add cooked noodles and toss until coated.
  7. Adjust texture with reserved pasta water if needed.
  8. Stir in parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
