Description

A hearty baked lasagna layered with seasoned meats, rich sauce, pepperoni, and creamy cheeses.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef, browned
  • 1 lb Italian sausage, browned
  • 2 jars tomato based pasta sauce
  • 12 lasagna noodles, cooked per package instructions
  • 12 oz pepperoni, sliced
  • 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 oz ricotta cheese
  • 4 oz grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Combine browned ground beef and Italian sausage with pasta sauce.
  3. Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Layer noodles, meat sauce, pepperoni, ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan.
  5. Repeat layers until ingredients are used.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Uncover and bake for 15 minutes until bubbly.
  8. Rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes
