Recreate the famous Longhorn Steakhouse Parmesan Crusted Chicken at home! This juicy, marinated chicken is smothered in a creamy, garlicky cheese sauce and finished with a crispy panko topping. Perfect for an easy weeknight dinner or a restaurant-quality meal at home!

For the Marinade:
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 (6-ounce) chicken breasts (or 2 large, halved)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)
For the Cheese Topping:
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup grated provolone
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
For the Panko Topping:
- 1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
For Garnish:
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Marinate the Chicken:
- In a shallow dish, whisk together ranch dressing, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken breasts, coating them evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
2. Cook the Chicken:
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade (discard excess marinade) and sear for 5 minutes per side, until golden brown.
- Remove from heat, keeping chicken in the skillet.
3. Prepare the Cheese Topping:
- In a saucepan, combine ranch dressing, Parmesan, provolone, mozzarella, and garlic.
- Heat over low, stirring until melted and smooth (about 5 minutes).
4. Make the Panko Topping:
- Mix panko breadcrumbs with melted butter in a bowl.
5. Broil & Serve:
- Preheat oven to low broil.
- Spoon cheese mixture over each chicken breast.
- Broil for 3-4 minutes, until slightly browned.
- Remove from oven, top with panko mixture, and broil for another 2 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve!
