Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- Whisk together flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined, then stir in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into prepared baking dish and smooth the top evenly.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
