Ingredients
For the Chicken Skewers:

For the Feta Fries:

4 russet potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch-thick matchsticks

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

1/2 cup mixed herbs (dill, basil, parsley)

1 tsp lemon zest
-
1 clove garlic, grated

2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions

Marinate the Chicken:

In a bowl, mix olive oil, shallots, garlic, oregano, chili powder, honey, harissa, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.

Add the chicken chunks and toss to coat. Let sit for at least 10 minutes for enhanced flavor.
