- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped dill, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Toss chicken pieces with all purpose flour and arrange evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Spread the herb butter mixture evenly over the chicken pieces.
- Pour whole milk gently around the chicken to create a light sauce base.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the top.
