Description

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, about 240 grams
  • 1 whole lemon, juiced, about 2 tablespoons
  • 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Bring a large pot of generously salted water to a rolling boil.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and crumbled feta until smooth and creamy.
  3. Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: Add pasta spirals to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente. During the last 2 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli florets to the same pot to blanch. Drain well.
  4. Assemble the Dish: Transfer the drained pasta and broccoli to a large mixing bowl. Add the cooked and diced chicken.
  5. Cook to Perfection: While the pasta is still slightly warm, pour the creamy garlic feta sauce over the mixture and toss gently until evenly coated.
