- 1 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/3 cup burger sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
- Toss the cubed russet potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
- Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a large baking tray.
- Roast for 30 to 35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp.
- While the potatoes roast, cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat with chopped onion and minced garlic until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Remove the tray from the oven and spoon the cooked beef mixture evenly over the roasted potatoes.
- Sprinkle shredded white cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
- Return to the oven for 5 to 7 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle burger sauce over the top.
