Description

This creamy charred scallion and chili crisp dip blends smoky grilled scallions with rich cream cheese, tangy sour cream, and a swirl of spicy chili crisp for a bold, crowd-pleasing appetizer that comes together in minutes.

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 6 whole scallions
  • 3 tablespoons chili crisp
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add olive oil to the hot skillet.
  4. Place the whole scallions in the skillet and cook, turning occasionally, until charred and softened. Remove from heat and let cool slightly, then chop finely.
  5. Fold the chopped scallions, minced garlic, chili crisp, and salt into the cream mixture until evenly combined.
