- 6 whole scallions

Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and creamy.
- Add olive oil to the hot skillet.
- Place the whole scallions in the skillet and cook, turning occasionally, until charred and softened. Remove from heat and let cool slightly, then chop finely.
- Fold the chopped scallions, minced garlic, chili crisp, and salt into the cream mixture until evenly combined.
