- 10 cups sturdy tortilla chips
- 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread half of the tortilla chips in an even layer. Top with half of the buffalo chicken mixture, then sprinkle with half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Repeat layers with remaining chips, chicken, and cheese.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and add small dollops of sour cream over the top.
- Sprinkle with sliced green onions and serve immediately while hot.
