These crispy Buffalo Chicken Wonton Cups are the ultimate party appetizer! Filled with shredded chicken, hot sauce, cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar, blue cheese, and spring onions, they’re spicy, creamy, and irresistibly crunchy.
Ingredients

12 wonton wrappers (see notes)

1 cup cooked chicken, shredded

1/4 cup buffalo sauce (like Frank’s Hot Sauce)

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup sour cream

1 cup grated cheddar cheese (divided)

1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled

4 spring onions, finely chopped (divided)

Cooking oil spray
Instructions

Prep Wonton Cups

Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F).

Spray a 12-hole muffin tin with oil. Press a wonton wrapper into each hole.

Bake for 10 mins until golden. Set aside.

Make Filling

In a bowl, mix chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, sour cream, ½ cup cheddar, blue cheese, and half the spring onions.

(Thermomix: Grate cheese 10 sec, Speed 8. Add other ingredients, mix 10 sec, Reverse, Speed 4.)

Assemble & Bake

Fill cups with mixture. Top with reserved cheddar.

Bake 10 mins until cheese melts.

Garnish with extra spring onions & buffalo sauce.

Shortcut: Use rotisserie chicken for easy prep.
