1 cup grated cheddar cheese (divided)

4 spring onions, finely chopped (divided)

Instructions

Prep Wonton Cups

Preheat oven toย 170ยฐC (340ยฐF).

Spray aย 12-hole muffin tinย with oil. Press a wonton wrapper into each hole.

Bake forย 10 minsย until golden. Set aside.

Make Filling

In a bowl, mixย chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, sour cream, ยฝ cup cheddar, blue cheese, and half the spring onions.
