Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin.
- Mix mashed bananas, eggs, melted butter, milk, and sugars until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients gently.
- Fill muffin cups and top with streusel mixture.
- Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until golden.
