Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup flour (for streusel)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin.
  2. Mix mashed bananas, eggs, melted butter, milk, and sugars until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients gently.
  5. Fill muffin cups and top with streusel mixture.
  6. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until golden.
  7. Cool slightly before serving.
