- 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
- 180 g all-purpose flour
- 100 g brown sugar
- 50 g granulated sugar
- 115 g unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 150 g chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mash bananas and mix with melted butter, sugars, egg, and vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Add dry ingredients to wet mixture and mix gently.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool slightly and serve.
Notes
