Description

This 3-Cheese Garlic Bread Pizza Dip is the ultimate ooey-gooey appetizer that combines melty cheese, rich pizza sauce, and buttery garlic knots in one irresistible dish. Perfect for game nights, parties, or a fun twist on pizza night, this dip is easy, cheesy, and packed with flavor!

Base & Cheese Blend:

  • 1 bag (8) frozen garlic rolls, thawed
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
  • 6 ounces fresh mozzarella, divided (cut or shredded)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano, divided
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese

Toppings:

 
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat & Prepare:

    • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
    • Arrange garlic rolls in a ring around the edges of a well-seasoned cast-iron skillet or an oven-safe dish.
  • Make the Cheese Mixture:

    • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, 2 ounces of mozzarella, 1 teaspoon oregano, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan until well combined.
  • Assemble the Dip:

    • Spread the cheese mixture into the center of the dish, evenly filling the space between the garlic knots.
    • Layer with pizza sauce, then top with the remaining 4 ounces of mozzarella and ½ teaspoon oregano.

 

  • Bake & Serve:

    • Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
    • Garnish with fresh herbs, if desired.
    • Serve warm while the cheese is still melty.

  • Swap cheddar for provolone for a more classic pizza flavor.
