Description

The Zombie Tonic Cocktail is a fun and spooky drink, perfect for Halloween or any themed party. It combines fruity flavors with a bit of a kick, creating a tropical yet eerie twist. Ingredients

  • 1 oz light rum
  • 1 oz dark rum
  • 1 oz overproof rum (optional for an extra kick)
  • 1 oz lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • 1/2 oz apricot brandy
  • 1/2 oz grenadine
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • Crushed ice
  • Lime wheel, mint sprig, or cherry for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with crushed ice.
  2. Add the light rum, dark rum, overproof rum (if using), lime juice, pineapple juice, orange juice, apricot brandy, grenadine, and bitters to the shaker.
  3. Shake well until chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with more crushed ice.
  5. Garnish with a lime wheel, mint sprig, or a cherry.

Notes

  • You can skip the overproof rum if you want a slightly milder cocktail.
