Description

Tajin Chicken is a quick and easy pan-fried recipe that delivers crispy, juicy chili-lime chicken with just four simple ingredients. It’s the perfect dish for a flavorful 30-minute meal.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs chicken thighs (4), boneless and skinless
  • 2 tbsp Tajin seasoning
  • 2 limes (zest separated)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Zest 1 lime. Season both sides of the chicken thighs with Tajin seasoning. Transfer to a bowl and toss with lime zest and juice from 1 lime. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil. Pan-fry the chicken thighs for 6 minutes on each side, until golden brown. The internal temperature should reach 165°F.
  3. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before serving with pan juices and the remaining lime, cut into wedges. Squeeze the juice on top before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of chili flakes or cayenne pepper to the marinade.
  • Serve with a side of rice or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
