Tajin Chicken is a quick and easy pan-fried recipe that delivers crispy, juicy chili-lime chicken with just four simple ingredients. It’s the perfect dish for a flavorful 30-minute meal.

- 1.5 lbs chicken thighs (4), boneless and skinless
- 2 tbsp Tajin seasoning
- 2 limes (zest separated)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Zest 1 lime. Season both sides of the chicken thighs with Tajin seasoning. Transfer to a bowl and toss with lime zest and juice from 1 lime. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil. Pan-fry the chicken thighs for 6 minutes on each side, until golden brown. The internal temperature should reach 165°F.
- Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before serving with pan juices and the remaining lime, cut into wedges. Squeeze the juice on top before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of chili flakes or cayenne pepper to the marinade.
- Serve with a side of rice or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
