Description

Crispy, flavorful, and easy to make, these zesty shoestring fries are the perfect side dish or snack. Coated in a bold seasoning blend and baked to golden perfection, theyโ€™re a quick and satisfying option for any meal!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shoestring potatoes (fresh or frozen)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)

  • Salt, to taste

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)


Instructions

  • Preheat Oven & Prep Potatoes

    • Preheat oven to 425ยฐF (220ยฐC).

    • If using fresh potatoes, peel and cut them into thin shoestring strips. Rinse and pat dry.

  • Season the Fries

    • In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne (if using), and salt.

  • Bake Until Crispy

    • Spread the seasoned fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.

    • Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

    • If desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese immediately after baking.
