Description

Ingredients

  • Pinch of salt
  • Extra shredded coconut for rolling (optional)

Instructions

  2. Add lemon juice, melted coconut oil, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until a sticky dough forms.
  3. If too dry, add more lemon juice; if too wet, add more almond flour.

  5. Optional: Roll each ball in extra shredded coconut for added texture.
  6. Place on a tray or plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
