Description

This Cajun Remoulade Sauce is a bold, zesty dip packed with tangy pickles, Dijon mustard, and a hint of spice. Perfect for seafood, poโ€™boys, fries, or as a flavorful dipping sauce. Ready in minutes and even better after chilling!


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons ketchup

  • 2 tablespoons diced flat-leaf parsley

  • 1 tablespoon diced green onion

  • 1 tablespoon finely diced cornichons

  • 2 teaspoons drained, diced capers

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • Kosher salt, to taste

  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste


Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, parsley, green onions, cornichons, capers, paprika, Dijon mustard, and cayenne until well combined.

  • Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.

Notes

  • Best chilled for at least 30 minutes for flavors to meld.
