Description

A cozy lower sugar latte inspired by nostalgic graham cracker flavors, made with warm spices, creamy milk, and espresso for a café style drink at home.


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon monk fruit brown sugar or regular brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar free vanilla syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 shots espresso or strong coffee
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice
  • Crushed graham crackers for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the espresso or strong coffee and pour it into a heat safe mug.
  2. Add the monk fruit brown sugar, ground cinnamon, sugar free vanilla syrup if using, and honey to the hot espresso.
  3. Stir well until all sweeteners and spices are fully dissolved.
  4. Heat the milk gently in a saucepan or frother until warm and lightly foamy.
  5. Pour the warm milk over the espresso mixture.
  6. Spoon any foam on top if desired.
  7. Finish by sprinkling crushed graham crackers over the foam.
