- Crushed graham crackers for topping
Instructions
- Prepare the espresso or strong coffee and pour it into a heat safe mug.
- Add the monk fruit brown sugar, ground cinnamon, sugar free vanilla syrup if using, and honey to the hot espresso.
- Stir well until all sweeteners and spices are fully dissolved.
- Heat the milk gently in a saucepan or frother until warm and lightly foamy.
- Pour the warm milk over the espresso mixture.
- Spoon any foam on top if desired.
- Finish by sprinkling crushed graham crackers over the foam.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
