Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) or oven to 400°F (205°C).
- Separate onion slices into individual rings and set aside.
- Set up a breading station: place flour in one bowl, whisk eggs and milk in a second bowl, and mix panko with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a third bowl.
- Dredge each onion ring in flour, then dip in egg mixture, then coat in seasoned panko breadcrumbs.

- Lightly spray with cooking oil to help crisp up.
